My Experience with travel planner
I practiced utilizing the the trip planner, and trip planner is a wonderful tool for planning a trip. The user can list the cites they wish to visit and the trip planner will produce a map where the cities are located. I created a ficticious itinerary where I was planning to visit Czechoslovakia. One of the cities that I included was Prague. This tool has a wealth of information and provides information such as what hotels are available, and restaurants and pubs. I wanted to see what types of restaurants are in Prague, and they have several French and Italian restaurants. A Pub that peaked my curiosity was Marque de Sade. This is a lively pub where tourists can enjoy beverages and have a good time. The trip planner is efficient in providing detailed information and history about the restaurants and hotels. This trip planner inspired me to consider saving toward a Europe trip in 2008.

I had to register twice to get training credit for this aspect of the training because I gave the wrong web address for my blogger. I am not learning to creat a blog as as fast as some people, but surprisingly enough I am actually succeeding. I find it rather therapeutic to enter a blog, because this activity is much like journal writing. It is interesting to learn a new skill even if I am not as rapid as others in learning a computer skill.

I believe that e-mail is such a wonderful invention, because my handwriting is horrible and my friends and relatives can actually read my letters. It is disconcerting that other people and organizations can learn my e-mail without my consent. I wish that there were a way that it wasn't so easy to get another person's e-mail, but disturbingly enough it is. I surely receive enough junk mail and e-mail from rank strangers, and it is aggravating to have to go through the trouble of deleting the e-mail. This is my case for the issue of computer privacy.
My learning style is part visual and part active. Not only do I need to view a task before I learn it, but I also need to actually do the task as well. I guess I am what you call a hands on learner. I do not learn if I watch another person complete a task, but I also need to participate in the task to learn. It also helps me to write down the steps of a task. I am more likely to remember a task if I write down the steps. I am able to teach myself skills such as a foreign language, but I am not able to learn computer skills by following a manual. I am sure that I will have to rely on fellow staff to help me on this journey of the 23 steps.
